We provide exterior cleaning services as detailed on our site. All work complies with Missouri regulations. Quotes are non-binding until a written agreement is signed post-inspection.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices quoted include labor and materials but exclude taxes, travel over 20 miles, or extras like sealant application. Accepted payments: cash, check, major credit cards via secure processor. Full payment due on completion.
3. Customer Obligations
Ensure safe site access, relocate vehicles/pets/furniture, and disclose any surface vulnerabilities or hazards (e.g., lead paint). You're liable for any unauthorized access to the site.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments confirmed 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $75 fee. Weather delays may reschedule at no cost.
5. Warranty & Liability
We warranty workmanship for 30 days. No guarantee against re-growth of organic matter. Liability limited to service cost; no consequential damages. Force majeure events excused.
6. Governing Law
Governed by Missouri law. Disputes resolved in Jackson County courts.
